Wish Hardiness quick fix

As of BG2EE version 2.5, the Wish option "All party members gain the temporary ability Hardiness" incorrectly stacks with itself and other Hardiness/Defensive Stance effects. You're not supposed to be able to give the entire party 80% physical resistance if you get this option twice in a row.
Looking into the spell that provides the ability, its first effects are to remove existing Hardiness/Defensive Stance effects. It's not supposed to stack. But ... that removal has the wrong targets, so it doesn't work properly.
This bug is simple to fix, so here it is:
