Looking for a specific mod for BG EE

Hello all, It's been awhile since I played but not coming back. I'm looking for a mod I had installed a while ago. The mod basically allowed a player to choose a kit for a PC or NPC at level 1. So if you are playing a Cleric Mage, you can choose any Cleric kit and be a Priest of Lathander / Mage multiclass. Was this mod called BG LV1 NPCs or something else? For some reason I am having trouble finding it.

question number 2 - before using Project Infinity to install any mods, do I need to install modmerge since I have the Steam version of BGEE with SoD installed?

1. You want this mod here: https://github.com/UnearthedArcana/NPC_EE It's not exactly the same as the mod you're talking about, but it does the same thing and works on the EEs.
2. No, you want to use DLC Merger. That's recommended instead of ModMerge these days.

Level 1 NPCs will also work on the BG enhanced editions these days.
