Hak packs, mods or tweaks for the OC & HotU?

Don’t know if it’s the right section.
But I am looking for some way to tweak my game a bit. Some equivalent to BGtweaks and SCS for BG.
More specifically I am looking for something that can:
1) let the encounters scale with your level, and I’m general add more foes,
2) something that gives you more XP from dealing with foes. The output is nerfed as I recall,
3) a mod that let you take any feat of any class. Even class specific ones,
4) a mod that let you get more Stat point at creation and level up,
5) a mod that gives more skill points
I know I can do the same in Leto. But since I play on the iOS & Switch version it would be a hassle. Hope you can help

1) if I make my own prestige class (see hack on this side):

I could give my self the feats, skills and stats I wanted to boost in a new prestige class. But would the hack work on the ee version? And does somebody have a download link that works? It directs me to wiki page.
2) the epic diificulty mod:
https://sorcerers.net/Games/NWN/index_editors3.php Should make the game harder. But I was looking for higher level monsters and more XP. Would the hack have any impact that way - as you see it?
