Are there any racial restrictions on new romances?

Hi, I'd like to know: are there any racial restrictions on the 3 new romances, or any race (with the right sex for straight or homosexual orientation) can romance the new character?

I'm particular, I'd like to know if a female elf can romance Dorn.

    There are apparently no race restrictions and Dorn is Bi
