Baldur.exe File Missing?

Hi all,
Hoping this is the correct place to post this and someone can help me out.
I'm doing a BGEET run through using a fairly heavily modded game using Project Infinity. I've been playing for a few weeks now without issue and am 80% through BG1 but tried to run BGT using the desktop shortcut and got the following error:
I looked in the directory and the file does appear to be missing. All of the mods, save files etc. are all still in their correct places but the run file seems to have been deleted.
This is strange because the game was working fine yesterday.
I assume a fresh install of the game and mods means restarting my game and I'd like to avoid that if at all possible.
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!
