Exporting all ResRef strings for items in the toolset?

Is there anyway to extract all the ResRef (Blueprint ResRef) strings from all items that show up in the toolset?

    I think there could be two ways. The first one would be by using moneo, the other one could be by using one of the nwn tools from niv (written in nim).
