Need some kit modding help

What I'd like to do is change Boon of Lathander so that it does a flat 2APR boost rather than the current cumulative 1 APR boost, and also change the levels you get further uses/day from every 10 levels to every 5 levels.

IF I'm guessing this right, I need to change every instance of the APR boost in SPCL741.SPL (Boon of Lathander) from 1 cumulative to 2 set, and then modify CLABPR04.2da to change the levels that the kit gets Boon.

Correct?
