BG2EE patch 2.6 and bolts +4

Hey there,

I've noticed that in the recent patch notes Beamdog added this line for BG2EE
Bolts | Bolts +4 now give the proper +4 bonus instead of +3

But as far as I know there aren't any +4 bolts in the game. I know they exist in the game files but I don't think they are lootable by players. Unless they are equipped by certain enemies.

What's that about?

    You can eventually purchase them from the weapon merchant during The Black Pits II.

    Somehow I never played Black Pits, not my cup of tea.
