Savegame Editor?

Hi guys;
Just a quick one.
I don't wanna be 'that guy' but is there a save editor knocking about?
I tried Gatekeeper and Shadowkeeper, but, none of them do it?:)

Cheats can be enabled I think. Just got the console. And it... Yeah, it works ^^

How did you get into console? I've tried "almost" every combination on my keyboard... ctrl & alt dont seem to work really..
