Solution: glitching graphics with tripple buffering and v-sync

Hi,

owners of a little better hardware most likely use v-sync to limit fps to their screen's refresh rate. It saves a lot power effectively reducing your electricity bill (there's no need for 500fps on a 60hz screen, aka a 60 fps screen). Enabling triple buffering is a standard action for v-sync users. Unfortunately, this option causes a pesky issue that makes images to be drawn over its predecessor. The screen ends up twitching and is unreadable. Solution is simple: disable triple buffering. The hard part is to find out that this little thingy is to blame ;) You can keep all other fancy quality settings as high as you like, just disable this one. You don't need extra performance anyway.

It took me over an hour to fix the issue and I hope that this will help someone with similar problems.
