Hello, good i have a question about how to change bonuses (or rather penalties) in enemies when i cast a spell in them (the same way a specialist mage gets a 2) making it harder to resist i been searching how to do it in the forums and google but to no avail any help would be really appreciated

you could do this with Near Infinity, but you would have to go into each spell individually and manually set the saving throw penalty lower

although this may back fire because it will also make it so the enemy makes you save with a penalty if they use the same spell

Thanks for the answer, the reason i did not mention NI is because i have never used it but since i plan on replaying ( and slighty tweaking/cheating) most of the IE games i might as well learn to use it, so on that note do i need different versions of Near infinity for the enhanced editions and icewind dale 2? And i dont mind if the spell works different for everyone (i also made it so every spell cast from EVERYONE has a small chance of producing a wild surge(magical critical miss))

You don't. It's a single executable, just copy it into the main folder of the game you're looking at.
