Move merchant location based on Chapter?

Would it be possible to move the location of a merchant (store) based on the chapter the PC is on? If so would anyone be able to assist me?

    Thank you for your reply, I was trying to create a custom merchant (store) in BGEE and/orBG2EE that moved from location to location based on what chapter the PC was on.

    you can use the console to warp in merchants and they will always open the same store everytime regardless of their location
