[HotU Spoiler] Getting the Hammer of the Glacier

It is strange how scarce the information you can find on the web regarding the Hammer of the Glacier in Cania Wastes adventures (HotU). It is one of most powerful weapons in NWN1 due to its 20 cold damage bonus (not 1dX, just 20) and may be easily overlooked by most players. I've found it recently when re-played HotU with my new character, so made a diagram on how to get it, it is here:
