Improved Robe of Vecna Cleanup

Just compiled my itm mod for robe of vecna changed the .tra file to UTF-8 encoding added some different .itm files with different animation resource, original, archmage, this is the one the weidu installs monk (cowled wizard), in the mod folder just copy paste them to the override folder to change between the models.
