I wanted to do super simple mod that extends number of spells one can get from random drop.
Is adding another column in 2DA file enough?
How to spawn chance for each item? Or they are assumed equal.

if you want to "increase" the chance of a certain scroll being selected more, you would need to add more columns of that scroll in the 2da
