Slow Down Animation?

Any way to issue a command from the Console to slow down the animations?
Pausing to give orders is fine for control but ... I would love to be able to watch the combats in slow motion.
As it stands, a lot of the cool things I see in the combat log are missed visually since everything goes so fast.
Looking for this ability on IOS especially ....
