Pritchard Gardnersonson spawning via console

Hey,

my Quest with Pritchard Gardnersonson (Siege of Dragonspear) is Stuck. The Glint quest worked, he is gone now. But the 2 dudes that wanted to see him dead (or leave) didn't mind. They have left the camp too, but now I must speak to Pritchard again...who is gone :( Wanted to spawn him with console. But don't know his right creature name. Tried C:CreateCreature("Pritchard") and his fullname too. But no luck.

Can anyone help me maybe? :D
