Removing the Spellcraft save bonus?

I hear that NWNEE allows us to remove (change) the bonus to saves that putting points in Spellcraft provides. If this is true, how do I do it?

    the ruleset.2da contains a number of previously hardcoded settings, including:

    SPELLCRAFT_NUM_RANKS_PER_SAVE_BONUS 5

    Simply put that at an absurdly high number (99) and there will be no bonus to saves. Note that this is in the "serverside" section, and so does not have to be provided to clients via hak/nwsync
