Two bugs [gem bag disappears/dreppin attacks]

Hi, I dont know how to repro it, but:
1.gem bag dissapeared suddenly from my inventory (1st position) - dont know how
2.in candlekeep drepin suddenly attacked me (after stealing in candlekeep in, but noone in that inn went agresive)
