Terminsel spawned during Drizzt encounter

So, Terminsel was there at the Drizzt encounter for the Jaheira romance. I decided to attack Drizzt, which made Jaheira leave, which meant Terminsel couldn't finish his dialogue since she was now at the Docks. And I can't return to the area.

    Solved it by going back to an earlier save, using the console to travel to another outdoor location (Windspear Hills) where he gave her the Harper pin, then went back to the Underdark exit and left normally.

    Removing Jaheira from the party didn't seem to work. Terminsel didn't spawn at the Drizzt encounter but he also didn't show up anywhere after I retrieved Jaheira from the docks. (perhaps the timer was reset and I didn't wait long enough)
    He should probably be prohibited from spawning at the Drizzt area.
