Cursor disappears often, audio judders often, cutscenes too.

1. What happens:

While equipping items in my inventory, my cursor disappears and does not return, making playing very difficult and forcing restart of game.

What I expected to happen:

Nothing.

2. What happens:

When I change zones there is an ugly juddering of the audio, rather than it just fading or stopping.

What I expected to happen:

A harmonious transition between zones.

3. (new one) What happens:

During cutscenes the audio jumps and crackles, as do the visuals.

    I have solved this by upgrading my Windows Vista to Windows 8. I realise this won't be an option for many people though.
