Connection error: Failed to load placeable model 1.mdl

Hi guys, one of my players is having this problem:
Gamespy keeps telling him he lacks some hak when he tries to connect into my module. When he looks the nwnclientlog1.ini, the log doesn't give the name of the hak he "lacks", and in fact he has every single hak in his hak directory.
The thing is he gets this message in his nwnclientlog file:
https://i.gyazo.com/fe8f0dbcc871508bbc4d35b5bc211b0b.jpg
Can you help us with this issue, please? I tried everything I know (and that's not much)... But nothing works. There are other players who are connecting and playing in my module just fine.

The error you show by itself might not be the cause of the connection issue, but instead just a side effect. It's possible that mismatching custom content results in the area load failing, as the network protocol depends on content data and changes based on that.
