Enrage is using the Berserk ability icon ... again.

This is a regression as I distinctly remember it being fixed in a previous patch; however as of v2.6 the ability Enrage (SPCL321.SPL) is using the Berserk ability icon (SPIN117B.BAM) even though a dedicated Enrage icon (ENRAGEB.BAM) exists.

    upper beamdog management; did you make sure that enrage is using it's proper bam?
