on bg tweaks anthology. any help would be really appreciated

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
So, iirc, neutral characters aren't supposed to complain if you have over 16 rep in the base game. That's just an option you can toggle in the bg tweak pack.
But all I turned on was "party members don't leave, but complain", because I didn't want korgan leaving at 18, and I just heard neera and jan complain about high rep. Is there any way I can get around this? -- I am really not a fan.
