Dynaheir Can't Use Wands in SoD

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
I am playing SoD for the first time. Some of my gear that carried over were various wands (fire, monster, frost, etc.). But for some reason Dynaheir can't use them. They are "greyed" out in her inventory. She had no problem in BGEE. I am playing with Enhanced Edition Trilogy mod if that makes difference. Any ideas?

    Did her Intelligence get drained somehow? You need a 9 or better INT to use wands. Hers is normally 16 or 17 I think but it may have gotten drained by a Feeblemind spell or a cursed item.
