Mod Trouble - Any Advice?

Having a problem with a mod, but I'm not sure which one it might be. Curious if this behavior has a known fix or trouble-shooting trick.

Can't rest. It just says "You may not rest at this time" despite being in environments where this should be an option. Sleeping at an inn doesn't raise a complaint but no sleeping happens selecting room quality.

My theory is that an NPC dialogue is trying to fire, but I'm not sure what dialogue that would be.

    it could also be because an NPC is trying to walk and talk to you ( because sometimes they start off screen )
