Purchased NWN:EE from Steam and the multiplayer login does not recognize my character name.

As such, I can't login and enjoy the multiplayer function which is the primary reason for the purchase. I would be very appreciative if someone would provide to me instructions as how to successfully log in to the multiplayer function. Thank you in advance!

    What is your character name that you're trying to create on the PW?

    Thank you for your reply. The character name is Eowmir te Baru. My PW of choice is Amia and I am trying to reestablish my presence there after the original NWN 1.69 was discontinued in favor of NWN:EE.
