SoD Switch crash

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
So... can we expect a new patch for the Switch version at any point? I would really like to play the game further but the game constantly crashes whenever I want to leave troll steal wood. I actually menaged to change maps to wyrmwood once and now I am fully trapped.

I really just want to know if the devs discontinued the switch version of the game, so that I can skip SoD and go with BG2 or if I have to wait (waiting for a year already) further.
