Undead Knight nowhere to be found in Firewine Ruins

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
I have explored all of the Firewine Ruins but I still haven't come across the Undead Knight.

Can anyone help me? I want to finish the Ghost Knights quest.

    If you took the shorter path to the ghost knights, continuing through the labyrinth should bring you to the undead knight. If you get back to the big room full of kobolds without finding it ... something went wrong. Maybe it glitched into a wall or something. You could spawn a copy of the undead knight in with the cheat console; its code is KNIGHTSK.

    I'm thinking it's just a bug. The rewards are mediocre so it's not that big of a deal...I would've liked to complete all the quests before the game's end though.
