EE messengers bugs and stealth problems

Hi all, I played BG2 EE before patch long time ago and i had everything fine. Now I have HUGE problem with all quests, where some messenger must come and start it. Very few messenger coming, even if i know that they should arrive and i waiting for them. Its very sad, if i cant complete anomen, jaheira, keep quest, ... etc. without using EE keeper or cheat console. Any solution on this?
And second, less problem, but still problem. In past when i play thief class, when i was in stealh/invisible and attack, it will be always hit (except critical miss). Now seem like ignoring fact that im invisible and i barely hitting from steal. Pure thiefs class is totally useless now. Ilusionist/thief with mislead? Useless...
I had 2500+ on BG series, i know everything about that, every secret, ... I know this game. But this EE edition with latest patch seem really broken. -.- Before patch was everythig ok. Any solution here?
