Mod idea: permanent Girdle of Gender

I want to make the Girdle of Femininity/Masculinity operate the way the 1st-edition cursed item does: it functions once, them loses all magic power.

Is this possible to do? Are the effects buggy, or did those get fixed in EE?

Also, the NPCs should react to thr effects of the Girdle. Shame that they don't.

    It's more of a joke item. BG is for gender equality, the sexes are completely equal, aside perhaps from some having breasts that is. ;)
