[solved] Baldur's Gate 2 EE crash on start

Just downloaded BG2 EE from steam and launched it. Only a white screen came with a dialogue box telling the game crashed. I have uploaded the .dmp file in the zip. Plz help. Nevermind needed a windows update problem solved. How do i close the post?
