BGII:EE on Win 7 64bit - graphics problem

Hi there,
does anyone had a problem like this? Never had such a problem before when using Win 7 32 bit. Now, either under Win 7 64 bit or 32 bit, it looks like in pthe picture. thx for help.
(don't forget to gather your party before replying forth...)
