Use Poison?

Ok. I've got an item with "cast spell poison weapon " 1 charge/use. I cant get it to work even though my assassin has the use poison weapon feat, the item always at charge 0 and will not recharge. Can you guys help me out on this one?

    I got it to work by assigning it to a single use which is what I wanted in the first place. Problem solved, sort of.
