Way to edit character stats on Android (BGEE)?

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
I used the constitution tome for the wrong character, but my last quick-save is immediately after I used it. Is there a way to edit my character stats to remove the constitution point from my Dwarven Defender and give it to my Sorcerer? I know this wouldn't be a problem on a PC, but I don't know if there's a way to do it on an Android tablet.
