[MOD] Timer Mod

[Description]
The way Infinity Engine works is that game speed is directly tied to how fast the engine is rendering - therefore attempting to double the default speed to 60 frames per second consequently speeds up the in-game timer as well. That affects how much time the player has to complete any timed objectives/quests as well as how long spells, potions etc. last. This project is a timer mod attempting to fix that problem. Once loaded game runs at 60 FPS but the timer is left untouched!
Since combat may feel overly fast when playing at 60 FPS this mod introduces a "Slack Combat" feature - anytime hostile creatures are encountered game speed is reverted to default (slower) until all monsters are dealt with.
Currently supported games:
[How to use]
Before using it is advisable to make a backup of your save file.
Once loaded the timer's animation (bottom left corner) should look "choppy", as if you'd play in standard speed.

Thankee for this mod!
May we also get it hosted on GitHub so it's more reliably stored and people can make pull requests to fix it as prudent?
@GraionDilach
I recall you wanting this.
Current download is available from github.
The updated version fixes various issues present in the initial version of the mod therefore I suggest switching.
This link is the GitHub releases area download link so users can just go here instead of needing to update the link after every release:
