Tweaks Anthology: v9 release or up-to-date master?

Is the current Tweaks Anthology master on github pretty much stable and functional? Or should we still go with the v9 release from May 2019?

There were lots of commits to the master with fixes and compatibility updates since v9 was released, which would be really nice to have
