Ascension Bug: Final Battle Won't Start

So I've ran across a lot of bugs but none of them have been particularly game breaking. This one on the other hand is extremely annoying.

The game proceeds normally until I defeat the Ravager and then it won't give me the option to advance to the Throne of Bhaal. If I use Ctrl+C it just shows me Nalia's epilogue and nothing else and if I use the Console to teleport to the Throne of Bhaal Mellisan initates a conversation but doesn't finish her opening dialogue and just stands there immune to damage and leaving my game unable to progress.

    How? And which version were you playing?

    I was playing 2.5 but I reinstalled everything with 2.6 and it starting working properly (Except Yoshimo's Remorse which sadly didn't)

    Took a few tries but I finally defeated Improved Mellisan. It felt kinda great
