Possible to tweak selection sounds frequency?

Currently there are only three options for selection sounds frequency (and command sounds frequency):
Always
Seldom
Off

where "seldom" is 20%.

It would be great if there were a way to tweak the percentage to your liking (such as 50% or something). Is this possible?
