A Possible New Version of the CEP

As the subject of the CEP involves players, persistent world admins, builders and creators of content I am posting this here. If the moderators feel this should be in a different subject location please move it.

Currently there is discussion ongoing on the vault forums about a possible new version of the CEP. If you are interested I invite you to go and read about it, you won't need an account to just read it. If you have a view then by all means participate but for that you will need an account. The discussion is occurring in this thread over there.
