Quest Bugged

Hello just wondering what to do with a bugged quest.

Module is OC and i am currently stuck on Jalek's quest where i have to drink against him. The quest does not trigger after i drink.

I have tried to re load to an earlier point with no luck the problem still occurs.

I have also tried rebooting the game and then loading save.
