The game does not start

The game does not start. ASUS TUF Gaming A15 laptop (ryzen 5 4600h, GTX 1650 Ti). Windows 11 build 22463.1000.
It's impossible to read the log, because the game folder is not created in the "Documents" directory. Manually creating the folder doesn't help. OpenAL is installed. Tried different ways (https://steamcommunity.com/app/704450/discussions/0/2951537622585409690/) and nothing helped. Other improved games from Beamdog work successfully.
