Is there a basic simple wand?

in Custom Content & Community Exp Pack
I'm using CEP 2.66 and cant seem to find a Magic Wand* that can be held in the primary hand. How can I make one, along with the graphic?

* = more the likes of Fairy godmother and Harry Potter and less Hitachi.

    Wands function like potions in NWN. They are used from inventory are not actually equipped. Which is a shame as there are wand models in game.

    Ok, I found it. Its not under "Wand Not Enchanted" but under "Torch/Flags/HolySymbol" and it equips in the off hand.
