So I killed Kyrll and understand the final person to fight is outside the entrance to baldurs gate, but ive expolored the entire entrance to baldurs gate (wyrms crossing) and can't find him, only tenya and the guard on the bridge. Do I need to enter into baldurs gate?

You need to wait until chapter 5 when you can cross the bridge

so ive cross the bridge, i see Quayle but noone else. I enter the city and again in the first area I didnt come across anyone. Help?

Right after crossing the bridge, go a bit north. He's hiding up there for some reason.
