Walking stutter NWN EE PS4

I'm having a problem bought the game on ps4 both me and my wife loaded in at the SAME time shes having no problems, However I'm am having a BIG issue with this game. My character is stutter when walking forward. If I turn my camra 180° and walk into it it seems to work fine, I refuse to play a game like this tho its awkward and frustrating.... I deleted the game reinstalled same problem, I restarted my ps4 same problem. Remade my character same problem... picked new class and race same problem..... Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated....

    Is the game stuttering or just the character?

    I'm thinking if it's just the character maybe your controllers stick is the issue.

    If it's the game maybe your system has a hardware fault.
