Android Q Re Strongholds/Romance

Apologies if wrong forum.

I'm on a tablet (Huawei) with no access to a computer so no joy with mods.

What I know:
Using @Trasd 's excellent post on Hex editing on Android

and the gibberlings site for how the ie files store data https://gibberlings3.github.io/iesdp/file_formats/index.htm I'm able to do basic editing (all characters stats, changing items). But for SOD and BG2 I wanted the option EEKeeper gave years ago on the PC to have multiple romances and strongholds.

I've checked the save folders and only see bmp, gam and sav files (the gam files also use the cre format for party characters). But I haven't been able to find where the romance and stronghold records are kept. When googling all instructions involve how to use mods, not what part of which files the mods are modifying.

Can anyone point me in the right direction with this or is it more complicated than changing someone's race class alignment etc?
