Sort saves by in-game time, not file creation time

Currently the saves list is ordered by the creation time of the save folder. This means that if you use cloud saves and bring up the game on another machine, the saves will be out of order - depending on how Steam synced the saves.

Same for if you were to say 7zip your save folder and then unpack it later. 7zip will preserve folder modification time but the creation time can't be preserved and your saves will again be out of order.

Saves already contain in-game time which is a better indicator of save ordering. Can we please have the saves list sort by in-game time?

    As an additional thought: file modification time is preferable to creation time since the former is set correctly by common archival tools, unlike the latter.

    But in-game time avoids the need for external timestamps, it shows progress in a straightforward way.
