Bg2 ee can't restore or buy again in game dlc

Hello, recently reinstalled bg2 to play again, then reinstalled with new update 2.6.6.6

I previously purchases all in game dlc, neera, Dorn, hexxat and everything else.
However i can not restore purchase with the button, or even purchase it again as that gives an error. Really wanted to try playing with some of these companions.
