Looking for a few short mods

Hi!
I'm just revisiting the games again after having too much to do since 2.6.6. came out. Are the following mods up to date and where can I find them?
Dungeon be gone
XP-cap remover
The short programme that enables you to alter the players stats etc.

for altering player stats with a program like EE keeper, it still works fine

for a level cap remover, any version should work fine ( since all it really does is adjust the .2da file which is pretty simple )

although for dungeon be gone, im not sure on that one
