[Bug] Ekander reappears in Beregost after joining Neera

Observed Result:
When you meet Neera in Beregost, she makes Ekander disappear. I saved my game right after that battle and closed the program. When I reloaded, Ekander was in the spot where he had disappeared. He casts protective spells and does nothing else.

Desired Result:
When Ekander disappears, he should not reappear on a game reload.

Do you have patch 2011 installed? If yes, then sure, a save might help.
